The Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival is proud to announce the establishment of The Festivals Exchange, a new program that partners with international festivals, inaugurated in partnership with Festival mondial des théâtres de marionnettes (The World Puppetry Festival) in Charleville-Mézières, France.
